Today definitely felt like a Monday. I had a late client, totally didn’t a chance to plan for dinner, and when the kids got home, I saw that I was approximately 20 minutes away from a nuclear-hunger-induced kid meltdown.
Tonight’s dinner took 20 minutes from the time I got the ingredients from the fridge until we were all seated at the table. And, it was good, too! Either that or everyone was so hungry that they would’ve loved anything:) Enjoy!
Miso-Salmon
2 tablespoons sweet white miso
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup
black sesame seeds
~1.5 lbs salmon
Directions:
whisk all ingredient together, smear all over salmon, bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
