First day of school!! Now that the kids are back, I’m always looking for dinner recipes that I can make ahead of time and serve quickly. Kids get home at 5:30pm and bedtime is at 7pm so we need to be efficient! This one fits the bill–I can make 90% of it the night before and keep it in the fridge until dinner the following night OR I can make the whole thing on the weekend and reheat during the week.
